Returns & Refunds Policy – Heroic Deals

At Heroic Deals, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges. Please review our return policy below.


🔄 Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Clearance or final sale items
    • Gift cards
    • Digital downloads
    • Opened collectibles or action figures (to maintain collector value)

📦 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@heroicdeals.com with:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return
    • The reason for return
  2. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Once we receive the item and inspect it, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • Once your return is processed, a refund confirmation email will be sent.

💡 Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.


🔄 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for the same item (if defective or damaged) or for store credit.
  • If you need a different item, return the original purchase and place a new order.

🚨 Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Email info@heroicdeals.com with:
    • Order number
    • Photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
    • A brief description of the issue
  • We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

📌 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we cover the shipping costs.
  • If returning for personal reasons (changed mind, wrong size, etc.), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
