📦 Processing & Shipping Times
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (orders placed before 12 PM EST)
- Pre-Order Items: If your order includes pre-order items, it will ship once all items are available.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- Free shipping on orders over $75
- Flat-rate shipping available for smaller orders

International Shipping
- We currently ship to select countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

📍 Order Tracking
- All orders come with a tracking number, which will be emailed once your package ships.

🚨 If you do not receive your tracking info within 48 hours of shipping confirmation, email us at info@heroicdeals.com.
❌ Cancellations, Address Changes & Order Issues
- Order Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
- Cancellations: We can cancel an order only if it has not yet shipped. Once shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
📦 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- Lost or Delayed Packages: If your tracking has not updated in 7+ business days, please contact us so we can assist.

- Your order number
- Photos of the package and damaged item
- A brief description of the issue
